Something New is Cooking in the Food Court
Craving healthy fast-food that is made fresh? Mr. Salad & Mamma Shawarma opened their doors March 31st inside the Downtown Chatham Centre food court. They offer build your own salads, homemade soups and delicious, Middle Eastern creations.
Their official launch was met by a steady crowd eager to try the newest restaurant downtown. Owners Ali and Dianne Abady were very excited at the response their first day brought. When asked what their most popular item of the day was they said it was a fifty / fifty split between fresh salads or wraps filled with their chicken shawarma or falafel. For their opening month Mr Salad & Mamma Shawarma are offering 10% off shawarma until the end of April.
