Downtown Chatham Centre is proud to offer complimentary space to local non-profit charitable groups to raise funds and build awareness.

Who can book?

Any non-profit charitable group and/or organization that are able to provide a government-sanctioned charitable number are eligible to use our complimentary charitable location. The location must be used solely for fundraising and information awareness activities.

What is included?

DCC will provide a skirted table and chairs to pre-registered organizations on a space-permitting basis.

How do I register?

Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis only. We must receive your request, in writing, at least two weeks in advance.

Please submit:

  • Detailed information about your group
  • The nature of the event (e.g. fundraising)
  • Contact information
  • How long you wish to use our facilities

Insurance Requirements

If your request is approved, your organization will be required to complete a Temporary Occupancy Agreement and provide proof of insurance with 1854313 Ontario Limited – Downtown Chatham Centre added as an additional insured. Charities must also agree to abide by our standard rules and regulations.
